The Adam Bojelian Foundation CIC is a community interest company registered in England and Wales, company no. 127553778, with the business name of The AdsFoundation. The directors of the company are Dr. Zoe Picton-Howell and Paul Bojelian, the parents of the late Adam Bojelian. Our registered office address is Eden House, 52 Back Lane, York, YO23 3PL

The aims of the company are the promotion of health and care staff well-being and patient safety through education and research in law, ethics and communication.
AdsFoundation is a not-for-profit organisation, whose activities are funded by Adam’s legacy. Any profit raised is reinvested to secure the aims of the AdsFoundation. AdsFoundation has an asset lock, this means that should at any time in the future, AdsFoundation cease, any assets held by AdsFoundation will be divided equally between Kindred Advocacy, Scotland, Scottish charity number SC000264, Scottish Company no. SC409397 and Read for Good, charity number 11303309 (England & Wales), Company registered 06895421.
Accessibility
The AdsFoundation recognises the vital importance of making our website as accessible as possible to everyone, regardless as to how they may be accessing it. Our pages provide a basic level of accessibility including for those using assistive technologies, but we recognise much more needs to be done to make our website accessible to everyone. We welcome feedback via our contact tab from experts, especially those with lived experience, with suggestions as to how the accessibility of the AdsFoundation website can be improved.

Adam Bojelian’s family retain all intellectual property rights worldwide, including copyright in all Adam’s written and recorded works and in all photographs of Adam and members of the family. Adam Bojelian’s family have granted AdsFoundation a licence to use these works and photographs. Permission from the family to use any of Adam’s works or any photographs should be sought prior to use via the AdsFoundation. The Adam Bojelian Foundation CIC retain all intellectual property rights including copyright in all resources produced by the Foundation and published on this website. The Adam Bojelian Foundation grant a licence for these resources to be used and shared free of charge for not for profit educational and training purposes. The Adam Bojelian Foundation welcome donations from organisations and individuals who use our resources and are in a position to make a donation. If you wish to use any of our resources for any other reason permission should first be sought from the directors of the Adam Bojelian Foundation, who can be contacted via this website.

It is not currently possible for visitors to this website to leave comments on the website. AdsFoundation however, welcome feedback and comments from visitors, so please do send any you may have to us using the ‘Contact’ tab, found on our HOME page.
Data Provided when you contact us
When you contact us using the contact tab we ask you to confirm whether you are happy for us to keep your contact details so that we can contact you in future. We ask you to confirm the reasons you would be happy for us to contact you and the method of contact you prefer. Unless you request otherwise, to keep administrative costs as low as possible, our usual method of contact is by email.
If you tell us you are happy to for us to store your date so that we can contact you we will ask you to re-confirm this annually on or about 1st July, starting 1st July once we have held your data for one year. For example, if you confirm you are happy for us to hold your data on 30th Nov 2020, we will ask you to confirm you are happy for us to continue to hold your data on or about 1st July 2021 (being the 1st July following 30th Nov 2021). Irrespective of this AdsFoundation policy, you have to right to request we delete your data at anytime.

The Adam Bojelian Foundation CIC is registered with the Office of the Information Commission to collect and process data.

Children and Young People
The AdsFoundation recognises the vital importance of the voices of children and young people in the issues AdsFoundation addresses. If you are under 13 please ask a parent or legal guardian to confirm to us they they are happy for you to share data with us.
From time to time the AdsFoundation will ask children and young people to work with us on projects, usually as part of an advisory group. If you are under 13 we will ask that a parent or legal guardian confirm they are happy for you to work with us.
If you are aged between 13-16 we encourage you to discuss your contact with the AdsFoundation with a parent or legal guardian. We do this to encourage all children and young people to engage on-line safely at all times.
