The aims of the company are the promotion of health and care staff well-being and patient safety through education and research in law, ethics and communication.
AdsFoundation is a not-for-profit organisation, whose activities are funded by Adam’s legacy. Any profit raised is reinvested to secure the aims of the AdsFoundation. AdsFoundation has an asset lock, this means that should at any time in the future, AdsFoundation cease, any assets held by AdsFoundation will be divided equally between Kindred Advocacy, Scotland, Scottish charity number SC000264, Scottish Company no. SC409397 and Read for Good, charity number 11303309 (England & Wales), Company registered 06895421.
The AdsFoundation recognises the vital importance of making our website as accessible as possible to everyone, regardless as to how they may be accessing it. Our pages provide a basic level of accessibility including for those using assistive technologies, but we recognise much more needs to be done to make our website accessible to everyone.
